In 1960 Luminari Ezechiade, grandfather of the current managers, built the hotel with his construction company. He entrusts the management to her daughter Franchina Luminari and her husband. They run it for decades. After that, Ezechiade’s three grandchildren have taken over the hotel and managing it for three generations.
