At Grand Hotel Excelsior, each day begins with a hearty breakfast on our panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. This is where we set up our buffet, a delicious mix of sweet and savory treats: cakes, tarts, ring-shaped cakes, yogurt, cereal, and fresh fruit, as well as cold cuts, eggs, and cheeses.
The best part of the morning? The live show cooking with waffles and crêpes prepared right before your eyes! Breakfast also features something else we're known for: our warm croissants. Served fresh and fragrant, you can fill them however you like with a variety of delicious spreads. Coffee, cappuccinos, and latte macchiatos are prepared by our baristas at the hotel bar and served fresh, the perfect way to start your day with the right energy.

Lunch

Lunch is served in our restaurant, overlooking the beach. Here, you’ll be assigned your own table for your entire stay. The meal always begins with the Chef’s delicious appetizers: choose from three different first and three different main courses, including meat, seafood, or a vegetarian option, all of which change daily. We offer a variety of dishes ranging from traditional Marche and Italian cuisine to international favorites. To finish, you can choose between the house dessert, ice cream, or seasonal fruit.

Dinner

In the evening, the restaurant welcomes you with a relaxed atmosphere. Dinner begins with the Chef’s selection of starters, followed by a menu with three choices for each course, including meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Every dish is served at your table by our staff, always ready to recommend and make your evening truly special. End on a sweet note with our desserts or fresh fruit, before enjoying your night in Senigallia!

Mealtime is one of the most important moments of the day! At our full-board hotel in Senigallia, you’ll always find high chairs available, and you can order simple dishes for children, such as soups or pasta with tomato sauce. For babies, a fully equipped baby feeding corner is available 24/7, with a kitchenette, fridge, baby food, and ready-made soups. From June 21 to September 6, children over 4 can also enjoy lunch and dinner with the entertainment team in a dedicated dining room.
